Avocado and blueberry smoothi
- 1/2 a New Zealand avocado
- 1 banana
- 1/2 a cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together, serve immediately
