Here’s how to do an effective weight loss plan.
- Set your end goal, a practical plan, and milestones to challenge yourself and keep track of your mission – Also take ‘before’ photo
- Be mindful of what you consume and will consume – You can do practice mindful eating by; cleaning up your cupboard, portion control, eating the right food such as more vegetable and good fat from avocado, drinking plenty of water, etc.
- Start a workout – The best way is to consult with expert or fitness instructor to start it right and prevent injuries
- Check you result by weighing yourself and measure your body to see how well you did at each milestone and move on to next mission.
